Peter’s skills are self-taught and he’s chosen to raise his family in the Scottish Highland’s, away from the hustle of the big cities. Recognised as one of the top chefs in the Highlands, Peter’s gained a celebrated reputation working alongside Michelin chefs, skills he’s using at Dulse & Brose to help develop and mentor young chefs.
